Is VAT included in the final price and how do I request a refund?
All prices include VAT. Currently we are not able to offer a Tax Free service.
What is your return policy? How many days I have to return a product?
For online purchases, ACCHITTO will reimburse the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer not worn, unused and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the original invoice, with the institutional packaging ACCHITTO and with the label or the sticker or seal intact and attached to the Product.
The goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Products.
ACCHITTO reserves the right to refuse at its discretion the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.
How long will I have to wait to receive a refund?
ACCHITTO will do its best to ensure a refund as soon as possible. Returns on ACCHITTO.it are processed no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which ACCHITTO was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. ACCHITTO will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
How do I request a change with ACCHITTO.it?
To change a product, return the original product following the return instructions provided with the shipping confirmation email, or by writing an email attaching the order invoice and specifying the return reason to email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that new orders are subject to product availability. You will be informed if we are unable to process your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com We will do our best to satisfy your request. Once the order has been set up, we will no longer be able to guarantee its cancellation or modification.
If you have received your order and wish to return or change it, please refer to the return instructions included in the delivery. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange request.
What can I do if an item I want to buy is not available online?

How can I know if a product is available and in what time? It will be delivered?
Our site provides information on the availability of items directly on the product page and shows the estimated time for shipping once the order is completed. After selecting the desired product or size, you will see availability.
What is a pre-order?
We offer our customers the possibility of making a pre-order for items that are currently in production or that are out of stock and for which a replenishment is expected. When you order one of these products, your request is placed on a waiting list, so that you are among the first to receive it when it is available. The expected delivery dates are indicated on the product page and during the order setup. Please note that these items can be delivered before or after the scheduled date. Payment will be requested only at the time of shipment
What shipping options are available and how much are they? Shipping fees?
The shipping costs are borne by the customer and vary depending on the delivery area, once the order has been placed and the shipping address is filled in, the amount and delivery times for our couriers will be communicated. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, this is delivered on schedule. All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday (only where available and where the ‘Saturday delivery’ service was
selected), excluding holidays. ACCHITTO is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays beyond our control.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At the moment it is possible to send only to one address per order. To send to more than one address, please set an order for each destination.
How can I track my order?
ACCHITTO will send more e-mails during the order processing, to keep you informed about the status of your purchase. We inform you that for security reasons a shipping number is not provided. In the shipping confirmation email we will provide a link to track the transfer. You will then receive a delivery confirmation as soon as we are informed by our courier that your order has been delivered.
When will I receive my order?
To estimate the total shipping and delivery time for immediately available items, we ask you to consider up to 5 working days from the order setup date, in addition to the estimated delivery time.
To estimate the total delivery time of the orders on the waiting list, please refer to your order confirmation email. The dates will also be shown on the product page and during the order setup after adding the selected item to the cart. The dates provided may vary and the products may arrive earlier or later than expected.
